This 5-day class is packed full of hands-on upholstery techniques, tricks-of-the-trade, shortcuts, and professional tips. Attendees learn step-by-step from instructor Anita Boetsma how to upholster on new frames and will actually reupholster a wing-back chair, from tear-down to completion, including tying springs; webbing; padding; pattern placement; cushion fabrication; skirt construction and placement; single and double welting; decorative nails; and hand-finishing curved areas. From basic to intermediate, this class covers it all! Attendees may bring their own wing-back chair and fabric if they choose.
