Private Training
Create a training program specific to your business needs. Use the workroom facilities of the CHF Academy, or invite a CHF Academy Instructor to your business location. Examples of private training topics include workroom skills and efficiency, employee training, product development, pattern drafting and business consulting.

Consulting
CHF Academy instructors have extensive experience in workroom and decorating businesses and are available as consultants for a wide range of topics. A consulting instructor will help identify problems and opportunities, offer new perspectives, observe processes and offer advice for your business needs. Private training and consulting fees start at $500 per day and vary depending on nature of training, size of group, and location.

Step 2: Coordinate date, location, lunches and instructor lodging

The group is responsible for naming a coordinator, choosing the dates of the workshop and securing a suitable location. The coordinator is responsible for providing lodging for the instructor and purchasing lunch and refreshments for attendees and instructor on workshop days. The coordinator receives 30% off tuition. If seven or more registrations are confirmed, coordinator receives 50% off tuition. Instructor travel and teaching fees are paid by CHF Academy. In addition, the CHF Academy will reimburse coordinator up to $14 per attendee, per day for lunch and refreshments (receipts required). Instructor lodging costs can be divided among attendees and added to registration fee.

Step 3: Register 6-12 attendees

CHF Academy will provide registration forms and an online registration link to promote attendance. A minimum of six paid registrations are required five weeks prior to scheduled workshop. Events can be kept private or the coordinator can elect to have the workshop publicized through the CHF Academy and the Drapery & Design Professional Network.
